Just wondering if anyone has used it or if about to start maybe we could use this as a support thread haha.
After reading and using the daily nap and feed schedule and stay and support at night, our now 5 month old is sleeping in her own crib, up to 9 hours in a row at night and 2 full naps during the day with a short 3rd nap later in the day.I was Co-sleeping with L from he was 5weeks old, and bed shared right up until he was 6months old - and by this stage he wouldn’t sleep alone or go back into his next to me. I have followed all the routines / schedules you suggested in the books and always refer back to the books as moves through the different age's groups. He normally ALWAYS wakes up 35 minutes after bedtime and needs resettling so this is some kind of miracle!
Part of me wonders whether us being in the room with her makes her worse as she can see us but we're not picking her up, but then leaving her to cry on her own seems even more cruel!
