From opening the restaurant through to food inspectors, competition from McDonald's and doing daft things for promotion, this is a great read. This is a used book - there is no escaping the fact it has been read by someone else and it will show signs of wear and previous use. This book should be required reading for any company that specializes in a food takeaway platform - it gave me a lot of empathy for the restaurant owner and everything they have to go through.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading Christopher Nyes memoirs of battling on the front line of catering, with only a spatula and a wonky home made griddle (and the occasional unexpected act of god) by his side. It will have you howling with laughter and well as leaving you with tips and tricks to for running your own business.
