I really appreciate that LETSHUOER incorporated not two but three different types of ear tips in the packaging. Clearly it is more evident on some tracks than on others, but when it all comes together, it is pure bliss.

The P1 MAX is considerably smoother tuned and subdued from the upper-midrange to the treble so it sounds more inoffensive and forgiving than the S12 PRO. The midrange is lush with sublime goodness, but are not forward (which for me makes them relaxing) again that also depends on your pairing. The accessories are befitting of a mid-FI pair of IEMs, and everything is entirely usable out-of-the-box. Planars like the S12 Pro really makes me think that with great implementation, you can get a planar that can be easily run. When balanced and tuned correctly you get a remarkable highly resolving detailed sound from a Planar IEM.When listening to "Killing Strangers" by Marilyn Manson, the track's beginning doesn't feel as intense and weighty as it does with silicone tips. Nonetheless it manages to stay free of congestion with plenty of air around the performers even during the most demanding symphonic and choral works. The upper midrange of the LetShuoer S12 Pro is pretty highlighted and dynamic, while it shows a slightly smoother overall response in this are compared to the original S12.

Instruments such like cymbals, hi-hats and snare drums are shown with an adequate grade of extension, authority and resolution. It comes with only a single color which is this satin royal blue finish that looks unique yet subdued.S12 pro has the detail aspect down pat if not bringing a chiseled detailed aspect to its sound but is not exactly realistic. Its extended treble response is some of the better I have heard but at the same time if you are listening to tracks with a lot of synthetic treble notes, EDM and hip hop and the like. The S12 and the S12 pro have already been established as one of the better planar IEMs in the market. With the balanced out under control and the S12pro’s generally forward tuning, tiring is out of the question, and bass punch is weakened, allowing the layers beneath the main to shine.

Due to our different ear anatomies, what works for someone may not work for another, when it comes to eartips. There is plenty of harmonic wealth and realism, the timbre is natural and colorful with great chromatic variety, you can hear the uniqueness of every singer's voice and single instrument. Made of monocrystalline copper, and four 98-strand cores weaved together, the cable displays a delightful black/white twisted pattern. It's been a while since I've heard an IEM that offers this level of clarity for my favorite orchestral tracks. My favorite track, "Porco Rosso" by Joe Hisaishi, was delivered so beautifully it moved me and brought a smile to my face after a long time.
Rounded square basses in modern funk and other genres that have punchy rhythmic basses in s12 pro but less low end in s12 mean more room for anything else. Most of all I want my music to sound realistic and natural, timbrel accuracy and fun but I also want to hear details in the track to which I am listening, like a good set of speakers. Unsurprisingly, build quality is top-notch, and if the Letshuoer S12 Pro is one of the most affordable planar, they don’t feel like a cheap knock-off, far from it.

The general sound signature is mildly warm, relative smoother compared to the OG S12 and shows an excellent entertaining factor thanks to its deep, fast and impactful manner lows, transparent and lively midrange and well pronounced and extending upper midrange tuning and treble tuning. The S12 and S12 Pro are twins with minor changes that are audible in the upper midrange and treble area. You probably already own a decent set of 2 pin copper cables from your other IEMs; don't be afraid to give those a try on the S12 pro. Excessive mid bass, which drowns out the other parts of the frequency range, but I do want to hear sub-bass, which is occasional in music in any case.Trebles for the most part are clean, crisp and very snappy transient qualities presenting a very detail oriented design for the S12 pro. The Timeless were released at the end of last year to much fanfare, generating rave reviews, as many audiophiles flocked to embrace a newfangled and exotic-turned-mainstream technology. The details aren't as forward and pronounced as they are with the silicone tips, but they're still audible.
