On the subject of Doty, certain of his claims, albeit unrelated to ETI, I feel MUST be true. His references to corruption within the media, and payoffs for false stories, or as we know them today "fake news," strikes me as an almost certainty. Maybe it's the conservative in me, but I can't help but feel that IF Doty were really working for some agency, sowing seeds of disinformation, he would have refrained from saying as much as he did on this particular issue.
