To conclude, I’m very conscientious about any products that I consume or apply to my skin or hair, and wouldn’t use (let alone recommend) a product that I thought would have any negative effects or reactions to my hair or skin for that matter. As a word of warning though, most natural shampoos can stimulate your scalp’s production of oil over the course of the first three weeks of use, as your hair adjusts to the new treatment. This means that your hair might feel a little bit more oily than it normally does, so I’d recommend rinsing thoroughly after using the shampoo and even following up with an apple cider rinse to help cut through and reduce the sebaceous oil content of your scalp and hair.
