superfoods” (she calls them the dynamic dozen) to add: turmeric, blueberries, rosemary, garlic, crucifierons veg, beets (incl greens), eggs, liver, pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds, salmon, shiitake, flax/chia if you don’t eat fish, spinach, fermented foods, prebiotic fiber (eg jicama), adaptogens. Gobble them. I suffer from rosacea as well as dark spots , but my skin on my face now it really clear and I haven’t had a break out now since I have been using the cream really please as my skin isn’t dry and flaky anymore A lighter cream or serum may suit you in your 30s, but as you grow older you will probably find you need a more nourishing cream. Don’t forget that the delicate skin around the eyes responds best to specialist eye products. How do I apply my anti-aging cream?

Four weeks ago, I bought the Dr Spot Vanish from Dr Sister Skincare. Today I have noticed a slight fading of the dark spots which I have since 1980s. Hopefully in the next few weeks these will completely fade away. Basically, you are what you eat and how you exercise and your lifestyle choices, which I've read more and more lately from doctors in general. Despite that and despite the fact that I think the anti-aging claims are over the top, and the 10 weeks time period is rather random and just put in to get people interested, there are many things that I like about this book and this plan. The diet is well balanced and healthy and the foods included are not outrageously expensive or hard to find. Sugar is discouraged and probiotic foods are encouraged. Juicing is discouraged and so are dietary supplements. feels like lard ad can drop off your face when applying. After reading the ingredients there didn't seem to be anything special or even particularly expense. Glad I bought on offer and won't be buying again. Marla Heller, on the other hand, writes like a self-help guru. Which is to say shallow, spunky, full of feel good soundbites and flirting with pseudoscientific nonsense. So The DASH Diet Younger You: Shed 20 Years--and Pounds--in Just 10 Weeks takes a simple, scientifically sound diet and cheeses it up.This was very interesting. My new digital scales have the body age and I do need to look at reducing this (at one stage it was nearly double my age) so this was a really useful book to have. All in all, it's a very good book if you want to get serious about your health. I'd recommend it in combination with some of the other excellent health books that have been released lately. They all boil down to some basic advice -- get rid of processed carbs, grains and sugar, prioritize sleep (at night -- timing matters), adopt intermittent fasting to regularly get at least 12 hours between food and drink besides water, get regular exercise (this is a must), eat organic healthy foods with lots of greens, veggies and healthy fats, lean towards a clean keto (very low carb, moderate protein, high healthy fat) diet, and adopt regular practices to minimize stress like meditation. This book will give you a much more in-depth look at all of this, and recipes at the end to help. There's good advice about how foods, exercise, sleep, etc. can dramatically affect our health and aging.

I do think having good skin is good for one's self confidence. Natural beauty easily triumphs over a heavily made up lopk I’ve been using this for 6 weeks and it is rubbish! No difference and v expensive! Don’t buy in my opinion. This book would be best for a beginning dieter. If you've followed nutritional guidelines and news over the past 10 years, it probably would not be suitable for you because you would already know about the benefits of super foods, fiber, etc. I wasn't sure why the author would list maple syrup and brown sugar as harmful sugars to consume, then have recipes in the book that call for brown sugar or maple syrup. The braised red cabbage recipe, peach salsa, and asian coleslaw all call for the addition of brown sugar, which seems hypocritical from the book's message. The book does stress important concepts, such as the importance of lean meat, vegetables and fruits, but it dismisses greek yogurt and other foods that I feel are a healthy part of my own diet. The book and recipes would be best for someone with limited knowledge of nutrition who wants to simply be told what to eat at each meal. It has been a few weeks since starting your Younger You cream and I have to say my skin feels amazing, much more hydrated and generally better to the touch. I’m using it along side the Dark Spot Remover. I still have a way to go with the pigmentation but I have seen a definite improvement and the dark spots are much lighter. Thank you.Our Younger You is filled with high-quality ingredients that have helped so many of our customers regain their confidence and maintain younger & healthier-looking skin. So with that said, I'm very surprised to hear that you haven't noticed any difference after using Younger You. Didn’t think that it was working then just coming up to a month Hey Presto! Nearly there . So grateful for this product and the support and follow up that you offer . Since I finished reading this, I've begun tweaking my diet and routine and incorporating some of the changes Dr. Fitzgerald recommends.
