In case you don't see anything projected, or in case you see an error message projected with the image (i.e. low voltage, etc.), you first need to troubleshoot yoursmART sketcher®2.0 Projector operation and only after it is working correctly to continue with this guide. USB power plug (not included). USB power plug requirements: Output5V DC, minimum 1.2A.Do NOT use a fast charging power plug as the output voltage might be higher than 5V (most fast charging power plugs support multiple output voltage).
Youshould not pair/connectthe smART sketcher®2.0 Projector to your device via the Android Bluetooth settings menu. This will prevent the smART sketcher®Projector App from finding the smART sketcher®2.0 Projector. To verify the smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector is not paired in your Android Bluetooth settings menu:When you're shopping educational toys for your child, the first thing to consider is the age of the toy. You can control the smART sketcher®2.0 Projector brightness and dim the Projector light as required. If an SD card is inserted into the smART sketcher® Projector and the smART sketcher® Projector successfully detected the SD card , you will see the drawings that are located on the SD card. You are now ready to draw using the content inside the SD card or to take a picture and sketch it. With the smART sketcher® 2.0 Projector, you can draw anything you can see. Just take a picture and begin! The SD might not be inserted correctly. Make sure the flat side of the card faces outward. Wiggle it gently to make sure it’s all the way in.Make sure your smART sketcher® Projector is connected to the App using Bluetooth. (See instructions on how to connect the App for further details.)
