In the German language, the term Wunderwaffe generally refers to a universal solution which solves all problems related to a particular issue, mostly used ironically for its illusionary nature. Granted, the Nazis were absolutely evil, but there's something about them that just fascinates me. Despite my comment above, an idea like that would only be confined to just that-a fictional movie.
