About this deal

This recipe is adapted from Michel Roux’s Desserts. It is one of my favourite of all cakes, and all chocolate things, and is especially good with fresh red fruits like cherries and raspberries. And it happens to be gluten free (just make sure to flour the buttered parchment with gluten free flour). Finally, we can’t forget the wheely delightful Cherry Wheels!
