About this deal

Integral ABS panels deliver hardcase protection at a fraction of the weight. (MONO cases weigh in at about 75% less than their hardcase counterparts.) The reinforced outer shell of the Vertigo™ absorbs and deflects hard impact away from the vulnerable areas of the guitar. Commuting just got infinitely easier. The newly designed FREERIDE™ Wheel System lets you strap on attachable wheels to the bottom of the case, giving you the option to travel with it seamlessly. Keep the wheels on for convenience, or remove them when not in use, the choice is yours. Cutting Edge Materials The best in protection just got an upgrade. The all-new Vertigo™ Ultra Electric features an array of improvements to durability, ergonomics and organization to make life on the road a breeze. Covering every possibility and ready for anything— a must-have for any guitarist on the move. Travel WithEase It's not particularly outlandish to say that all cases and gigbags are not made equal. While even the cheapest case or gigbag will offer a modicum of protection, the exact amount you will get can vary wildly between different cases.

Most players will want to take their instruments out of the house from time to time, but not every player will be taking their guitar around the country on tour. If you’re the latter kind of player, your guitar could be cruising for a bruising, so a hard case securely wrapped around its exterior is going to be a necessity – even the most durable of gigbags would struggle in this situation.Designed to ensure your treasured guitars stay vitally protected whilst on the move, the Stealth guitar case retains Mono's award-winning 'Top-Loading' design that allows for easier standing access to your instrument. Obviously that’s a rather silly example, but it is worth bearing in mind that a hard case may be absolutely necessary in some instances, and in others it could be overkill. So, you’ve opted for an angular axe, and now it’s time to leave the house. SKB’s 63 case offers protection for your Explorer, Firebird, Warrior, Kelly or similarly sharp guitar, which is important given that these designs not only feature plenty of precarious peninsular’s, but they often protrude further than your average Strat or Tele. They tend to be longer too, so cramming it into a standard gigbag won’t work.

Hard cases have one major benefit, and it very much says it on the tin. Hard cases are hard! Built from traditional solid materials and shaped internally so your instrument can’t move an inch, they are undoubtedly a better form of protection than a soft gigbag. A second guitar is a must-have on stage or in the studio. But in transit, carrying two guitars has always been a necessary evil. We set out to design an elegant solution to this problem. Our driving criteria was to offer each guitar the same protection as our single M80 hybrid case. After a year of prototyping, the Z-form™ design was perfected (patents pending). The end result is an incredibly light weight, extremely rugged double hybrid case. A first of its kind. Go play.

MONO ELECTRIC GUITAR CASES

Traveling with your guitar shouldn’t be weighing you down, and that’s where the Stealth Electric Guitar Case charms and surprises. Its lightweight and sleeve-like attributes give you added mobility as soon as you wear the case, and that comes without compromising on the protection and the storage of your guitar. They are really only utilized by touring bands who are taking multiple guitars across the world. For the majority of non-global-touring-artists, a hard case is the perfect level of protection. What material should my hard case be made from? Well, we dare you to try. We build our cases to military specs, using only high-test materials with extreme resistance to abrasion and the elements. Inside, the plush lining protects delicate custom finishes. So your guitar rides first class while you launch an urban assault Hard cases are sensational when it comes to protecting your guitars, with their resilient outer, opening to a plush, lined interior, in which your shred machine can slumber. There are typically two types of hard cases, one which mirrors the shape of your instrument – albeit more bulbous – and the other being a large rectangle. Neither is better than the other, though the shaped cases will usually be perfectly sized for your instrument, ensuring there is absolutely no movement internally from your instrument. Some of the rectangular cases will also have a cut out inside for your guitar to fit perfectly, however this isn’t always the case.

So, before removing or replacing your guitar, always steady the lid, or you risk damaging your beloved instrument with the very thing you bought to protect it. Case closed. How we choose the best guitar cases To prevent spills from getting through, the bag closure has been enhanced with heavy-duty zippers and waterproof zipper tape. The insole/outsole combination of The Boot® design keeps the strap pin* off the ground even during hard vertical drops.

Crafted only from the highest quality of materials, tested for their extreme resistance to both abrasion and the elements, Mono have covered this Stealth case in a water-resistant 'Sharkskin' material, finished with a matt polyurethane sheen for a superbly minimal look.
