During the yeast extract production process the gluten content is reduced to a level which, in most cases, is not detectable by an ELISA test with a detection limit of 5 ppm. Very occasionally gluten is detected at very low levels, but always significantly lower than the <20ppm legally classed as gluten free according to EU regulations 929/2014. Our almond butters are also suitable but please read the ingredient lists of our flavoured varieties as the likes of cocoa & peanut do contain added sunflower oil and also have more than 2 ingredients. Almond butter is available in a range of flavours including coconut, pumpkin spice and even cherry Bakewell flavour! We don’t add anything to our roasted nuts to make our peanut or almond butter – just 100% nuts. There is definitely no Xylitol in our nut butters.
