Please use the sizes shown as a guide only.So, the good things I have found about the Scorpion Exco are that it is very light in comparison to all my other helmets, it was just under 1200 grams, the schuberth is over 1400 grams, the Shark is over 1500 grams.. It also fits very nicely and was a similar snugness to the schuberth. The field of view is wider than the Schuberth & Shark too, which is great.
