Adiseal Ultra Clear is not only suitable for various applications but also serves as an effective clear gutter sealant. Its exceptional sealing capabilities extend to both dry and wet conditions. When using Adiseal as your clear gutter sealant, you can trust it to prevent leaks even during rainfall.

Immediately after applying the sealant, use a sealant tool or a moistened finger to smooth and shape the bead. This helps ensure proper adhesion and creates a neat finish. Remove any excess sealant. In an independent adhesive strength test conducted by Ultimate Handyman, Adiseal emerged as the strongest adhesive, displaying an impressive strength that was over three times greater than its closest competitor. Its exceptional performance was so robust that the screws securing the test rig began to tear out under the pressure of the hydraulic ram, forcing the test on Adiseal to be prematurely concluded. Temperature Range: Can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +90°C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.Cheaper clear silicone and mastics can appear almost white instead of truly clear. In contrast, Adiseal Ultra Clear maintains a crystal-clear appearance both when applied and after drying. Silicone clear is cloudy compared to Adiseal Ultra Clear which is crystal clear.

Tip: To store Adiseal once opened, leave about 1cm worth of product out of the nozzle and store the tube upright in a cool dry place. Adiseal requires moisture for it to cure. The exposed part out of the nozzle will cure creating a cap. To re-use Adiseal, pull the cured part out or cut the nozzle until the uncured part is reached. Both products were applied to new clean plastics cups then filled half way with tap water. They were then both covered by plastic to make sure the cups were sealed. Both cups were kept next to each other in a dark location at room temperature (cool). This mould resistance test was started on 13/07/23. The image was taken on 06/08/23 after the water removed. The lot number of the CT1 sealant white was 3941754 which we were told by C-Tec was manufactured in February 2023. As can be seen in the image, Adiseal is better than CT1 in the clear sealant test in water. CT1 sealant clear has turned white above and below the water line whereas Adiseal ultra clear sealant has remained clear. CT1 sealant turned more white where it was exposed to the water below the water line. Both products were kept in the same water for 24 days. With TRIBRID® Technology, it is scientifically proven to have excellent colour retention – white stays white and clear stays clear. Although CT1 adhesive was not tested by Ultimate Handyman in the above adhesive strength test, he did test the old formula of both CT1 adhesive and Adiseal adhesive in a previous adhesive strength. In that test, the old formula of Adiseal adhesive was shown to be stronger than the old formula of CT1 adhesive. It would be easy for us to say Adiseal Hi-Grab is better than CT1 Power Grab n Bond but to be fair to the CT1 Power Grab n Bond adhesive, we are not making any performance comparison claims with these 2 products. We think both of these products perform similar but Adiseal Hi-Grab adhesive is lower priced than CT1 Power Grab n Bond adhesive.When you use CT1 in your application, you’re guaranteed superb results.
