King Charles III will be crowned during his coronation ceremony in May – and what better way to celebrate it than with a craft project to create a lovely royal keepsake?

I mix the cake mix like normal; beat the butter and sugar together, add the eggs and flour and lemon extract and mix, and then split between the cases. To be super neat, I used a piping bag, but you can obviously spoon the mix in as well. Strawberries made the main cross of the flag, with the raspberries doing the other part. I then used blueberries to fill in the rest of the flag on top of the cream – and look at how pretty it its!
