Are you ok with mantras (in english and sanskrit)? there’s a lot of them in this book. If these annoy you, find another book.Each card looks very different to the rest, however, the general appearance is a watercolour base in different shades and colour combinations, some have other things like flowers, birds, stars and butterflies. The positive messages really fit with the colour scheme and aesthetic chosen for that particular card.

As I write this chapter, I celebrate Wayne’s life as he left his body only a few days ago. My heart is heavy, and millions of people throughout the world are deeply saddened by our collective loss. But deep down I know, with certainty, that Wayne’s spirit, enthusiasm, and guidance will never leave us. I can’t get into words how much they have changed my life and how having one positive affirmation a day has changed my outlook and positivity. Before I started reading this book my mind felt like a dried up sponge, and after reading it my mind has absorbed all the water that it can to the point where it's leaking into a puddle on the ground.
