It must be driven over 70mph with over a half tank of petrol regularly or when needed but without the duagnostics you dont know when the car needs it. Scenario 1: there are only error messages regarding NOx sensor, error messages 30E9 and/or 30EA are not present. Now I haven't had the light come on for a week but the codes remain. Digging into the app a little more I'm getting 0 or incredibly low voltage reading from Bank 2 sensor 1 (which I believe is pre cat?)

Typically, fuel engines need to keep a particular fuel flow into the combustion chamber while DME manages the task electronically. Starving and surging of the fuel and faulty sensor can generate an uneven and unstable idle.
