i also love how interconnected the series is. we, of course, got another glimpse of the amazing couple, kal and elena! seeing them in these books is such a treat! Arrows and Apologies just made me question my morals, in the best way. With the darkness in Alistair, to the sass in Cora. Combined with the chemistry, this book was absolutely addicting from start to finish. Honestly, these characters have become some of my favorites, they are entertaining and entertaining. I love how different each character is, but it somehow connects them to previous books and characters. I’m waiting until we get MORE King’s Trace connections though… JUST SAY. Alistair and Cora had a lot sexual chemistry. But romantic chemistry? I’m not sure. They definitely had their soft moments. But I wasn’t sold on them having a serious developed relationship.

When news breaks the next day about their night in the city, including an awful accusation against Aiden, Riley needs to go in hiding or risk being found by her greatest enemy, and she doesn’t even have a chance to explain. Aiden however, won’t be letting this go anytime soon and he’ll find a way to get his hands on Riley again.

I loved the tension and chemistry between the MCs, the story itself was engaging, and it was really spicy but without overpowering the whole book.

THE SCENES WITH JONAS, LENNY, ELENA, AND KAL HAD ME SWOOOOOOONING FOR DAYS. Honestly, I hope we get a short novella with Elena and Kal soon 🥺 I miss my babies dearly. Oh, what a tangled web Alistair Wolfe has spun for himself. Things get even more complicated for the mayor of the island of Alpana when a mysterious blue-haired beauty enters his life.While I don't know if I like V&V better this one, it is in my top two from monster’s and muses. t's pretty much my demographic within a book. Breeding kink (no children thank the lord), Age Gap, Corrupt Hero, Pierced Pi Pi and EVERYTHING I NEVER KNEW I NEEDE. I LOVED THIS BOOK.
