We think this doodle diary is wonderful and think it can be great alternative to the Positive Planner for adults too!To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. I bought it for my daughter and her friend, as we will be traveling this summer and would like them to keep a journal of their travels. There’s also a section explaining how to use the book for children, and a section for adults on the science behind the diary.
