This doesn't have an app to manage it like some do but to be honest I don't feel it needs one as it's so simple and easy to use. I’ve worked with some hefty robot mowers before so I was looking forward to working with a more compact and lightweight - or at least easier to lift - model, and that is exactly what I got with the LawnMaster L10. Often, when approaching set-up, you may be greeted with something user-friendly – and some models have smartphone connectivity capabilities, working with an app or Alexa. I recently reviewed the similar sized WORX model S300 ( video review) and while I think it’s a great bit of kit, it’s by no means quite as straightforward as the LawnMaster L10 in terms of installation, configuration and on-going use.It also comes with a wire stripper, which you need to strip the plastic casing off the boundary wire before you connect it to the terminals on the back of the charging dock. I lost one of the front wheels (not entirely sure how because it’s a sturdy piece of kit, but I blame the dogs), and they had a replacement part out to me in 3 days. You get a wire stripper included but it was still a little fiddly, but it's pretty much the same for most robot lawn mowers. This has given me the ability to not only recognise what makes a good lawn mower, but also to help you choose the perfect garden tool for your specific needs and requirements.
