The tip that is already on the device may have become loose when in transit to you so please ensure the tip is securely attached to the device before use. For a better user experience, we recommend replacing the ear tip every 2-3 months (this can be adjusted according to the frequency of use) I think my product is faulty, what is your policy? The Smartbud is only to be used to remove soft wax and loose debris. If you have hard wax or debris that is lodged in place then do not attempt to remove with the Smartbud and instead please seek medical assistance. If you struggle with ear wax or have had to have your ears syringed previously this little gadget is amazing. Thank you Smartbud. This device is amazing. I have been able to remove very impacted ear wax which was causing pain, tinnitus and deafness. A few days of oil to soften and was easily removed with Smartbud. Camera quality was phenomenal. 5 ⭐️

I bought the Smartbud and felt a bit sceptical but have been pleasantly surprised. It works, just as the videos show … but it is quite addictive! It is advised to try and soften the wax before you begin cleaning as this will make it easier to remove. Failure to soften the wax may result in irritation.
