Advanced Practitioners support multi-professional teams by providing clinical leadership and enabling collaboration that helps improve clinical continuity and provides high-quality care for patients. RPS advanced pharmacist competency committees will meet remotely four times a year to review portfolio submissions. There will be a submission window and a final portfolio submission date. This section provides information on marking instructions and/or the coursework assessment task(s). It includes information that centres need to administer coursework and must be read in conjunction with the course specification. Submission of Advanced Higher Modern Languages Portfolio The Guide to ESR Coding for Advanced Practitioners in Wales will assist employers to record Job title, role, and base profession on ESR. By improving the data available on advanced practitioners in Wales we can establish numbers and the growth of roles and professions. This will assist in understanding how professions and roles are developing and where professional or geographical support may be required

In each project, you will work on source drawing, the development of ideas and solutions. The Professional Framework for Enhanced, Advanced and Consultant Clinical Practice in Wales replaces the NILIAH (2010) Framework for Advanced Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professional Practice, recognising the changes in workforce across Wales. The framework defines these levels of practice, the education that underpins them, andprovides support and guidance for employers, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), and clinical practitioners or those aspiring to practice at these levels.

The potential assessment outcomes of the advanced pharmacistcompetency committee are as follows: Standard met A supported e-Portfolio route for advanced practitioners has launched yesterday. It will enable the education and training of Advanced Practitioners to be recognised by the Centre for Advancing Practice and help individuals working in advanced practice roles to be supported in evidencing their advanced clinical practice. It will also give practitioners the opportunity to identify any gaps in their learning and to potentially be offered further learning opportunities to help close these gaps. Successfully completing the e-Portfolio process gives reassurance to employers, patients, carers, and families, that the Advanced Practitioner has had their education and training at an advanced level recognised.

You will be invited to attend open days and exhibitions, given assistance with the UCAS process, and help to prepare for your art school interview and the submission of your portfolio. Life drawing is an important additional element and may be offered by the College at a reduced cost. Candidates must submit their portfolio using the Advanced Higher Modern Languages Portfolio Answer Booklet, found below for each modern language. Candidates can copy and paste their portfolio essay into the template or type directly onto it (Word version). A pdf template is also provided for candidates who wish to handwrite their portfolio essay. The answer booklet replaces the flyleaf and there is no requirement to complete a flyleaf. Each candidate portfolio should be printed off by the centre for submission on the uplift date of April 26.
