But, when she tries to explain to her best friends, Zoeysha Franklin and Chloe Garcia, that she can't have a birthday, they think she wants to have a pool party, and Chloe and Zoey get so excited that Nikki can't say no to the party. Nikki gets as birthday present a new bicycle, replacing her old one that she mentioned in Dork Diaries: Tales from a Not-So-Graceful Ice Princess. Instead of renting a DJ, her mom suggested that they rent their neighbors who are a belly dancing group. Nikki finally gets the courage to ask her mom for the money, but after hearing how much is needed, her mom replies “No Way! By using the Web site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Yet again another great Dork diary book comes out and it's a great read when I have nothing to read.

But, I do respect the point that Rachel is trying to keep her readers hooked in and probably has everything solved at the last minute/last book. An like with her first 7 books and the 9th book I feel like Russell did great with them and everything was amazing but.

What I feel is that in this book, Andrea might develop a crush on Nikki 😋and this might lead to a grudge between Brandon and him. I haven't read this latest book yet, but five stars already ✌because I am pretty confident that it would not let my expectations down🙃. It is the the second Dork Diaries book in which Chloe and Zoey appear on the cover, the first book being Double Dork Diaries.The party is fun, until Tiffany Davenport and Mackenzie tells Nikki's crush, Brandon Roberts, Zoey, and Chloe, that Nikki decided to go on her all-expenses-paid trip to Paris, France instead of on the Bad Boyz tour with her band, Actually, I'm Not Really Sure Yet. Anyway, on the whole, I think I liked this one better than the last one because even though Nikki whined and complained as much as she always does, there wasn't any huge conflict that made me want to stop reading. In Part 2, Nikki and her BFFs Chloe and Zoey read a party planning book for really cool birthday party ideas.

This book is such an incredible book and has to be one of my favourites from the dork diaries collection seeing that I’ve now finally read each and every one of them! And I can see Nikki does kind of whine and doesn't exactly solve her problems like I would or some others might. sorry Rachel Renee Russell but I feel like you just typed some random crap on a page and hoped for the best. Nikki asks her mom if she can have the party, but her mom says that she planned a 100 dollar party, which is way cheaper. Everything worked out almost perfectly in the end and that's the kind of ending that makes me come back to this series over and over again.I mean half the pages were just pictures so you could at least try a little harder on the few parts that were actual writing.
