Frank Phillips is ever dependable with his no nonsense style and quick putdowns that make him and Ryan such a great partnership to watch and at times will have you chuckling and can be a welcome respite from the murder investigations. I feel blessed and privileged to have received an ARC of this novel from LJ Ross to read and review, my many thanks.Great to catch up with the characters who by now feel like old friends, great storyline which hung together well, but it's a bit sad to have to wait for the next book to find out what happened. I was thrilled the book ventured into Durham region also which is where I currently live and it was a little strange to have the cemetery where my grandparents are buried featured in the novel, but LJ Ross has captured the essence of the region really well (again!
