Description

As they land on top of a pyramid, Meg accidentally lets go of her cauldron and poor Mog falls out, so she has to bandage him up. Meg’s hair and Mog’s whiskers stand on end when three huge eggs fly out of the cauldron with lovely Plink, Plonk, Plunk sounds. Meg’s spells continue to surprise her and the eggs she makes for supper are even more strange than usual. A car is all very well if you know how to drive it, but if you're Meg or Mog, in a hurry to go on a picnic, you really are safer on a broomstick. Meg’s spell to save them from being eaten by the Tyrannosaurus causes all three dinosaurs to shrink.

She is trying to conjure up eggs for tea and although she manages to make three eggs, they look rather different to usual. Stegosaurus and Diplodocus have cute, friendly expressions but Tyrannosaurus is fierce with a mouthful of sharp teeth.
